Minimal Purchase: Due to the low prices that we have the minimum purchase
is of 600.00 Mexican pesos before taxes, S&H and commissions.
These prices are not wholesale, for wholesale prices please
communicate directly to our offices.
Shipments: The National and
International Shipments are handled through "Estafeta SA de CV." and the cost is automatically calculated
by our system, nevertheless exists the possibility
that there might be small variations (in such a case an adjustment will be made), to verify the exact
tariffs for shipments please consult the following page www.estafeta.com.mx, in case of
requiring some form of special shipment please communicate with
us to define options. For purchases in the city of Querétaro or
Celaya (within Mexico), the order can be picked up directly in our
facilities, the data will be sent at the time of confirming the transaction.
Warranty: Warranty for each product will be processed individually, providing the same that the supplier grants Mexicommerce.com. In case of requiring specific information of some specific product please contact us.
Credit cards: We accept: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The charge of your
purchase will be reflected in your next statement of your
account, stipulating the name of the commerce in which you carried out your purchase (Mexicommerce.com for this site).
Delivery Times: The typical times of
delivery are of 2 to 15 days after the confirmation of payment of
products and services (plus shipping time). For specific

Returns: Mexicommerce
only accepts returns in case that the product
presents/displays some defect in materials and/or manual labor, in
such case the merchandise will be replaced by an equal or similar product
or in its defect a credit note will be made for some other article
in the store.
The expenses of transport will be the responsibility of the
client.
Cancellations: If your order was made through
the mode of Referenced Deposit payment and you have not yet made the
corresponding payment, your order is cancelled automatically. If
your order has been already paid by any of the modes of payment (Referenced
Deposit or Credit card), you must address yourself with the store to
identify if your order has left to its destiny (  ).If the order has already left it will not be possible to be cancelled, otherwise the store will make
the return of the money corresponding to your order, considering that
this could generate administrative expenses to you.
Invoicing: You will receive the
invoice along with the acquired product(s) in the address
indicated for the delivery. The invoicing will be made to the name of
the person who registers the purchase and that will be stored in our
database for possible future explanations.
Privacy: In Mexicommerce we recognize
the importance of the discreet and confidential handling of all
information provided by you. Mexicommerce compiles and maintains
certain personal information about you when you fill any of our forms
in line or send an email to us. The personal information that
you provide can identify you individually and includes fields such
as your name and email address. WE NEVER SALE/LEND/BORROW YOUR DATA TO ANYBODY.
